VXL Group was founded by Mr. R Govindaraju and Mr. N. Damodharan two skilled entrepreneurs who took it up to innovate efficient macheniers for industrial needs. VXL Systems was their first venture where they manufactured effective waste disposal machinery to enhance performance, deliver productivity and surpass expectations with the sophisticated engineering behind the tech-nologically advanced waste collection systems for blow room, cards, combers and ring frames, created new benchmarks in the industry.
After becoming the most sought after brand for waste collection systems internationally, VXL Group stepped into its new venture, VXL Ring Traveller Pvt. Ltd. Established in 1998, VXLRT manufactures Travellers for high-speed operation that is quintessential in the production of quality yarns. With a dedicated team of proficient R & D technicians, it offers support in matching of Rings and Travellers, which enables high productivity of Textile mills. The state-of-the-art, in-house manufacturing facility ensures delivering quality service that is of international standards at low cost.

- ISO certification in 2002
- Initiated R&D for Rings in 2003
- Started exporting ring travellers outside India in 2004
- Expanded the product range and started the manufacturing and marketing of Rings in 2005.
- Adopted NANO technology in 2007
- Introduced NANO tech ring travellers in 2007
- Set up global marketing offices in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand & Indonesia in 2008.
